Yes, it's been a while.......
One of the questions I had to ask myself was who would my target audience be. I guess the best answer is to put myself in the place of my viewers, so I guess I will. I'm over fifty ( 64 to be exact) I still work, I'm a personal trainer at QUADS GYM in Chicago Illinois. I've been in the business for well over 25 years so I've seen many changes over the years. While I don't believe it's imperative for everyone, I'm still very active in sports. Everything from ice hockey, and triathlons to currently wrestling, boxing, and jiu-jitsu. I feel very fortunate to still be able to engage in these activities and would like to share with like-minded viewers my experience and advice. So let's get started, lets embrace that grind.
