What are 2 of the most researched - successful ways to lose weight?
Food journaling .
Walking
To some this is obvious but to many I bet they wouldn’t know or believe this....
Food journaling creates awareness and mindfulness before eating. It helps slow people down before they consume calories.
Walking is energy expenditure and a very low barrier way of doing activity daily.
Both of these are free and can be executed daily. Which makes them 2 of the most successful ways for weight loss. .
And I’d bet this information isn’t so obvious for many.
Many think it must be high level involving fancy tech-like calculators or intense workout programs.
Start at the foundation first and try building from there.
