Because yeah, I’ve had the luxury of training incredible people.
I’ve had the honor of watching lives change right in front of me.
But here’s what people don’t always see.
They change MY life just as much as I change theirs.
Every time someone shows up when they don’t feel like it.
Every time someone pushes through doubt and proves to themselves they CAN.
Every time someone chooses THEMSELVES after years of putting everyone else first.
That inspires ME.
It reminds me WHY I do this.
It reminds me that this work MATTERS.
I get to stand in front of these women and push them.
Challenge them.
Hold them accountable.
But they don’t realize.
They’re doing the EXACT same thing for me.
They inspire me to be a better coach.
A better leader.
A better husband.
A better father.
A better man.
So when I say I’m fortunate…..
I don’t just mean I get to train amazing people.
I mean I get to be PART of their journey.
I get to witness their strength.
Their resilience.
Their transformation.
And that?
That’s everything.

It needs consistency you can actually repeat.
Even ONE strong workout…..

Still counts.
Stop chasing “all or nothing.”

30 minutes.
Walk hard.
