LEG DAY‼ SAVE & TAG A FRIEND TO TRY THIS WITH.. Lately I Been Trying To Work On My Lower Body Power & Explosiveness So I Came Up With This Crazy Burn Out Set.. 5 sets moving up 20 lbs each set 10 reps each leg 2-3 sec push then 10 reps both legs 1 sec explosive push out 💪🏽 Give It A Try!! .

◼ Incline Bench Press x 5reps @ 75% of Max
◼Dumbbell Incline Chest Press x 10reps
◼Military Style Pushups x 25reps
