Changing a flat is not only a useful skill but it’s also a safety issue, so it’s important to learn how to do it on your own. If you can change a flat yourself, you don’t have to be stuck away from home, or rely on the kindness of a stranger to help you out.

THIS CLASS COVERS:
-How to change a flat
-Tips to keep from getting flats
-What you need to change a flat when you are away from home

DETAILS:
-The cost of the class is $20 and includes a pair of tire levers to take home!
-You can bring your own bike to practice on!

No previous mechanical skill is required! Sign up by clicking the image below to attend!

Join us to cheer on our athletes!

We will have a tent, chairs and snacks available to those who join us for all or part of the day.
This is a great place to catch your friends as they run south by us, then again after they turn north to the finish line.

This is where they really need you!!!

Visit the BFF Bikes website to RSVP :)
