Hi all due to poor air quality we will be cancelling tonights ride. Our next Thursday night ride is July 31! See you then.

I started the BFF run club because selfishly I needed a reason to get up and go for a run. That was 5 years ago. People have come and gone but these 2 have been our steadfast participants through bitter cold and hotter than …..(today) pretty much every week without fail! They celebrated by bringing me these awesome balloons!!! Here’s to the next 5 years!!! Thank you!!!

It's a ton of fun and a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon/evening.

We aren’t always able to train with others and sometimes it's just nice to have a space where you are not exercising and can focus on issues or questions you might have. Basically, we want to be the gathering place for each other. This is BFF at its core. So come gather with us!

New tickets added for the Ride to the Stars Game!!!

Join us for a ride up to Evanston, stop for a hot dog at devil dawg then cheering on our professional women's soccer team!. The game tickets and ride leaders will be provided. Once the game is over we will ride back to the shop as a group (or if you would like to bike directly home we can part ways).

This will be a social, no drop ride rolling at approximately 12mph. Please bring water and any additional snacks you may want.
