A lot of people always ask me what does “Naturallii Stephanii mean..? Well if you ‘ve been following me for more than 3 years you would know that I used to be a natural hair youtuber! Yup if you enter “naturallii stephanii in YouTube and you check out my “oldest” videos you will see all my cute quick natural hair tutorials..or check my IG story ,today only, for some throwback pics 😅

However.... I gave up my YouTube life to pursue being a motivational speaker and going back to school to earn my Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership. Many people were hurt to find out I was ending my natural hair tutorials, but I had to do what I had to do, and I don’t regret any of it ⁠

The bottom line is that....There’s always going to be people who are going to advice you to do what they THINK is best for you! My advice is do what’s best for YOURSELF. At the end of the day you are the one that has to be deal with the unhappiness or the regret of doing something you didn’t want to do in the first place! So cheers to all the women who take chances and don’t allow others to dictate their life! Live for you sis. 💕

All of these things are what makes you the person you are! God created you with unique interests, style, personality, and he made no mistakes when he made you!

Where we go wrong, is comparing ourselves to other people and wondering why we weren’t created like them.....again God didn’t make any mistakes with you, so stop thinking there is something wrong with you! You are fearfully and wonderfully made 💕💕

The reason why I can call myself an “expert” when it comes to helping women overcome insecurities and limiting beliefs, that get in the way of them finding their purpose, is because I am my own testimonial!

For most of my life, I have always been shy, quiet, and kept to myself, but it wasnt until college that I faced my reality of who Stephanie was, and booyyy I did not like her!

In college:

I felt like I never really fit in

I looked for love in all the wrong places!!

I was Insecure and wanted to be everyone else, but myself!!

I was frustrated cause I couldn’t find my purpose, and had no clue what I should be doing in life!

I was not confident and would try to fake it till I made it

I didn’t love myself and couldn’t name 3 things that made me special!
And the list goes on....

However, once I realized that I didn’t love the person I saw in the mirror everyday, I made a promise to myself that from this day forward ( June 2014) I will do WHATEVER I needed to do to be the extraordinary woman I KNOW God is calling me to be! It’s been over 6 years and I never looked back! 💃🏽✨💃🏽➡️

You all are inspired by the woman I am now, but it was not as easy journey to get here! So just know that every content and post I share with you all comes from my own experience, my own past hurt, my own journey, and my own transformational story!

I genuinely know how it feels to feel lost, confused, hurt, and struggling to find your way in life BUT I also know the step by step strategy / process it takes in order to become the extraordinary woman that you KNOW you are destined to be!!

I dont care if its a relationship, a job, a business; learn to have enough discernment to recognize when God is leading you, or when you are leading yourself!

The difference is that when it is you, you tend to go in circles driving yourself crazy trying to figure out how to finesse the situation to work 🥴....... BUT WHEN IT IS GOD 🙌🏾

Things will work together more smoothly, without all the confusion of whether or not this is the right thing you should do!

1. Self love is a procress and it is not always pretty! It requires you to reflect on your past and all the pain and hurt that comes with it. However, it is necessary to address your past instead of suppressing your feelings and thoughts! Suppressing your emotions is never, I repeat, NEVER a good idea, because it will eventually bleed into other areas in your life!

2. Self love is all about being self aware of who you are and accepting yourself as is! Stop trying to be someone else and learn to love the person you see in the mirror every day! God accepts you for who you are, so why can’t you??!🤔

3. How can you be the woman God created you to be, if you don’t even love the person you are today? Reaching your fullest potential requires you to be confident, bold, proactive, and to embrace everything that makes you! It’s about not giving up on yourself, because you believe in yourself that much!

4. Self love is a LEARNED BEHAVIOR. Unfortunately we don’t automatically come out of the womb knowing how to love ourselves. You learn how to love yourself, by understanding your worth! By believing you are special! By knowing that God hand crafted and wonderfully made you! 💕💕

5. When you start putting yourself first, don’t expect people to like it or even understand it. Self love is about doing things that makes you happy and satisfied, and some times you are going to have to choose your needs over someone else’s needs!! Don’t feel bad 😎

My dream was to work in Corporate America!

Fun fact about me 🙃 When I was in high school, I just knew 100% that I was going to be working in an office. I have always seen myself as a professional and classy woman, and I would dream about walking around rocking the cutest outfits, having my own private office and being a top director!

However, God cleaaaarly had other plans for me , cause I ended up never working in Corporate America, and I think God for not giving me what I wanted!🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Sometimes we can limit what God wants to do in our lives because of the dreams that we don’t want to let go!!! ! If it wasn’t for God showing me my WORTH and that he wanted to use me for a much BIGGER PURPOSE than Corporate America, I would probably be working for a company right now that didn’t seee my value!

Thank God, that I listened to God instead of what I THOUGHT I wanted to do! Today I am loving the fact that I am a CEO, entrepreneur, coach, and mentor that helps women reach their extraordinary potential!

Seeing women go from insecure, unmotivated and feeling average to transforming into Confident God-fearing Goal-chasing Achievers through the strategies and advice I give them, is so much more exhilarating to me than walking around an office looking cute 😂😂😂😅

I say this to say... allow God to direct your path and show you what he is calling you to do! Sometimes your purpose isn’t packaged the way you think it should be, but regardless you need to learn to Trust God!

When you confidently embrace who you are, you inspire others to do the same 💕

Start doing what makes YOU happy, other people will just have to adjust to the new version of you!! ✨✨✨

Achieving your goals can be challenging, but living with regret and blaming yourself for quitting is depressing!

Challenge yourself to push through the stress, frustration, the difficult moments in your life and never give up!! Keep going!
