Join Aimee Forsberg Otteson, Yoga Therapist, and Jenni Antonicic, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, as they explore why quality sleep is essential for physical health, emotional balance, and mental clarity—and what you can do when restful sleep feels out of reach.
You’ll learn practical, approachable strategies to support healthier sleep habits, including simple ways to calm the nervous system, establish supportive evening routines, and work with your body rather than against it. Tips, tools, and tricks will be shared to help you develop an effective and sustainable sleep practice—without adding more pressure or stress.
The workshop also includes a deeply calming and restorative yoga practice, featuring guided meditation and gentle techniques to prepare the body and mind for rest. The experience is complemented by Ayurvedic treats, offering an added layer of nourishment and grounding.
Leave with greater understanding, practical takeaways, and a renewed sense of ease around sleep.

Kālī: Goddess of Transformation – A Halloween Kundalini Yoga Workshop
Friday, Oct 31, 6:30-8:30pm
This Halloween, step into the fierce grace of the Divine Mother in her most transformative form — Kālī, the liberator, the destroyer of illusion, and the bringer of truth. In this electrifying Kundalini Yoga workshop, we’ll channel her fearless energy through powerful kriyās, rhythmic breathwork, and mantra chanting to cut through fear, release old limitations, and awaken inner strength.
We’ll weave slow, potent movement with deep meditation to honor Kālī’s dual nature — fierce protector and compassionate mother. Come dressed in Kālī-inspired colors or costume (black, red, blue) if you wish, and be ready to awaken the fire of transformation within.
No prior experience needed — just come with the willingness to slow down, listen within, and be.
