Songwriting doesn't have a beginning middle and end. It has a bunch of beginnings. It has starts and stops. It has a moment where you walk away completely from a rhythm, lyrics, or notes and then come back. It becomes a collection of ideas that almost always started with a feeling and then turns into something more.
This song is called 'Conversations with Myself' which is a metta Meditation song about giving yourself grace and reminding ourselves that we are well, we are loved, we are strong.
Will it sound exactly like this when I'm done? Maybe. Probably not.
