The USAW Level 1 course we are hosting is a little under two weeks away!

Level up your coaching skills by joining the wonderful coaches at USAW to learn how to better improve your lifts and coach others to a higher degree.

This is a two day course from October 24th - 25th and will take place right here in GND!

This past weekend, we had a fun HYROX workout!

Our group consisted of some who signed up for Chicago HYROX, and some who just wanted the challenge! Everyone pushed their hardest and really gave it their all.

Thanks Lexy for hosting such a fun and challenging class.

If you need a place to train for Chicago HYROX, GND is a HYROX affiliate gym and we have all the equipment and turf space you could need to finish your fastest time.

It’s marathon time! As always, the marathon course comes right by GND. Because of this, Jackson is closed from Damen to Halsted on October 11th.

The road is expected to open by 2:30pm, but please plan your trip to GND accordingly if you want to catch a lift. Swipe through for a list of street closures and a map of the race.
