This 8-Week Workout Program is for YOU! 🫵

Here’s some trainer tips for beginners:

1. Grab dumbells that are doable for you! Go lighter to start and you can always go up!

2. Maybe take a longer rest period than 15 seconds and join in with me when you are ready.

3. Go at your own pace- for example: for every 2 reps that I do, maybe you do 1.

Good Morning Everyone!

Tomorrow, March 2nd we start the NEW 8-Week Beginner-Friendly Program! 🎉

Whether you are a beginner, returning to exercise after a break or a seasoned athlete- this program is for YOU!! 🫵

We’ll be focusing on basic strength training exercises so that you’re body can build lean muscle 💪 which means it’ll help you lose weight, tone up, get stronger & feel your best! 🤩

This is a low impact program, meaning no jumping! We do hit the floor for some exercises, however I tried to be mindful with not having to get up & down frequently.

These 3 Full Body workouts/week can be done on any days that work for your schedule. Videos will come out every Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings!

Finally, a question was asked about progression over the 8 weeks. The answer is YES! 🙌 We start off alternating upper and lower body, next we move to all upper & all lower body circuits and finishing with supersets & compound sets! 💪

I was wondering why people were seeing $10.99 to join as a Member on my YouTube channel when it’s actually only $7.99. 🧐

Here’s what I found out:

“The $10.99 price for a $7.99 YouTube membership is likely due to the "Apple Tax"—a 30% service fee added when purchasing subscriptions through the YouTube iOS app on an iPhone or iPad. To avoid this, subscribe & become a Member via a web browser (youtube.com) rather than the app, ensuring you pay the intended $7.99 price.”

So if you have an iPhone, avoid the 30% Apple Tax! 🚫

I’m excited 🤩 to introduce & I hope you will join me on March 2nd for this New Beginner Full Body Workout Program with Dumbbells! 💪

Here are the program details:
✅ 3 Workouts/Week
✅ All Low Impact = No Jumping
✅ Using Dumbbells only
✅ Time: 30ish minutes/workout (routines do not include warm-ups/cooldowns)
✅ Focusing on basic strength training moves
