I look at myself everyday in amazement because I didn’t think losing 169 pounds could be done BY ME, but I did it and went on to lose over 190 pounds!!! I didn’t know if I would have a ton of skin that needed to be removed, I didn’t know what my shape would look like, and without knowing I kept going and I’m still going because that’s what happens when you stay DEDICATED & COMMITTED!
