This entire week is Sparring Week!
All students are required to bring their full sparring gear to EVERY class.

This is a great opportunity to:

Build timing and distance
Improve control and technique
Apply what you’ve been learning in real-time
👉 No gear = no sparring participation in that portion of class.

Seminar Schedule:

Children: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Adults: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

⚔️ April Weapons Focus – Sword Training
All weapons classes this month will focus on Sword Training.
