Our Gorillas took Gold today by Submission and one Gold coming from San Diego. We are so proud of the hard work they’ve put in on the mats. They all have Full time jobs and families to raise, yet they make the time to grind. No excuses! 👊

9 years as black belts. Last night promoted Prof. Pete (Pistol Pete) and I to 3rd degree on our black belts and taught a great class. We are Blessed to be on the mats training and learning together to only realize how little we know and how much more there is to learn. Grateful to all of our students for helping us grow as teachers and our other black belts Prof. Chris Reyes, , Prof. Ken Benson for pushing us to get better. “Life is going to pass us by, might as well earn your black belt”.
