"Until her recent retirement at the age of 100, Betty Reid Soskin was the oldest living park ranger in the US National Park Service. She gave bi-weekly lectures at the Rosie the Riveter National Historic Park in Richmond, California, telling the story of the Bay Area’s pioneering role in desegregation. After one of her lectures, Betty agreed to be photographed. At first, she wanted to keep her trademark sunglasses on, then she relented and proceeded to look straight into the lens for the entire shoot. It’s important that men talk about Self Love and Self Care too. When we eat we’re feeding our brains, bones, organs, muscles, arteries, joints, nerves, all of our cells, +,+,+. I choose to give them Natural fuel to robust health and longevity. Today my Lunch was a w/ 3/4 , 2 , 4 , 1/2 cup , 1tbs , 1tbs of a few different , topped w/ 1 cubed apple, the rest the mango, and 1/2 sliced banana. My body feels like it took a deep breath of cool fresh air + refreshing glass of water on a hot day. It taste fire 🔥 too.

from 💪🏿💪🏿. To all of y’all who’ve decided to get your on by drinking your full quota of water everyday but have to hit the bathroom a lot when starting off... !! It’ll subside. That’s actually a protection mechanism. It protects the organs and vital glands etc from being badly injured from some of the unsuitable liquids some people pour into their bodies. The human body would be badly injured if it allowed most of the things people drink deep into the body. If you don’t indulge in alcohol or anything else acidic ie pop, milk, your body will learn that it’s safe to trust what you give it and send the water through out the whole body freely, hydrating, enjoying an inner bath, rinsing away waste, giving a wonderful experience of living that you’ll enjoy 24/7 and you won’t have to p*e much at all.

I took this on the 1st and I ain’t been on here too much w/ my workload being so heavy this past month. I worked my body out maybe 7-8 times in August and at a minimum I’m doubling that month. 7-8 work outs is good upkeep and this month with 16-25 so I’m expecting very noticeable gains. I’ll report how many I get in at the top of October.
