But it’s also important to be realistic about your goals when you’re traveling/out of routine. Let’s start with the fact that you will NOT be perfect. You will be eating out, having some drinks, maybe not get as much movement as you’re used to. But most importantly you’ll be making life long memories with friends and family🫶🏼

Let’s talk…Habit Stacking✨

Coined by James Clear in his book Atomic Habits (10/10 recommend), habit stacking is one of the most helpful mindsets and approaches you can use in your wellness journey!

Finding small ways you can show up for yourself throughout your day outside of movement and nutrition helps build confidence. That confidence builds self-love. When you love yourself more, you can show up for yourself more easily. When you show up for yourself more easily, you are able to hit those workouts + prep those meals without a second thought🤍
