Sometimes when we find out our community possess a certain skill or talent that we think people should know about, We encourage/empower them to share with others. ( )

(Joanna Rogers), Pilates Certified and b***y shaker extraordinare, did just that so we jumped at the opportunity to collaborate with her.

Once a month, Saturdays ONLY and when Joanna's day job allows, she takes over the conditioning portion of BodyBurn Dance Bootcamp class. We know most people loathe "working out" but want to be healthy. Movement is vital to our human existance. So here's another alternative approach.
