Zucchini & carrots? Yes, bc they’re high in fiber, good for skin, and won’t weigh you down.

Here are 3 things we’re saying “no” to in NO•VEMBER!

* No Processed Foods- Instead try eating whole foods & arranging meals and snacks with many colors. 🥗🥕🍠
* No Sugar-Sweetened Drinks- Try infusing your water with fresh fruit, cucumber, & herbs like mint. 🍓🥝🥒
* No Less Than 7 Hours of Sleep- Try creating a bedtime routine such as stretching before bed. 🛌🥱
