Getting some poomsae practice. Poomsae is a series of coordinated techniques, and the practice requires sustained effort and concentration!

He’s got his concentration face on while practicing his front stance with a punch! He may not realize it yet, but his hard work is building more than muscles for punching and leg strength. What was the last thing you put a lot of effort into practicing? What did you learn?
