RIP Richard Simmons,
the OG of cardio dance fitness; he showed us that exercise can be fun and inclusive. He paved the way for other, formats and icons to follow in his footsteps and prove that dance or fitness has no size or shape limitations. His energy was infectious. May he rest in peace.

I'm so excited about all the changes we are executing at GT Bray. I recently celebrated my 1 year anniversary at Bray. As the Fitness & Wellness Coordinator, I couldn't be more proud of everything we have accomplished in such a short time frame. The expansion of our fitness floor, new equipment, Wellness Wednesdays, outdoor RIG and Turf, and the list goes on and on. I love my team and I love sharing my passion with the residents of Manatee County.
