At Chicago Body Shop, we teach women how to build strength with the right progressions and this Saturday is all about pull-ups!
Why it’s beneficial:

✔️ Teaches proper pull-up mechanics
✔️ Builds confidence before going unassisted
✔️ Beginner-friendly while still being challenging
