Have you ever had a day when it’s hard to tell whether an energizing or a more restorative practice will better serve you?
Here’s a simple, yogic way to tell:
Check in with your body for a 30-seconds before choosing a class, and ask:
1. If I rest more, will I feel better—or more stuck?
• Better → Restorative
• More stuck → Energizing
2. If I move more, will I feel relieved—or overwhelmed?
• Relieved → Energizing
• Overwhelmed →Restorative
Your first instinct is usually the right one 💭🧐
