Swiss Ball Jackknife pikes with single leg stability progression, plus hip tucks. Practicing advanced Swiss Ball patterns earlier today while working on body alignment, core stability, aligning the TPC, scapular and shoulder stability, inversions for handstand presses.

A little Sunday wisdom that is all so true!
Swiss Ball jackknife pikes with single leg stability progression, plus hip tucks. Practicing an advanced Swiss Ball pattern this afternoon while working on body alignment, neutral spine, core, scapular shoulder stability and inversions for handstand presses.

I recently shot this video to show how effective a body weight squat plus a 20 lb. kettlebell can be used to perform very effective hip dominant patterns without heavy loads. All reps are balanced and in neutral spine 100% of the duration of the pattern. Body alignment(posture), balance and breathing are all integrated and tempo is designed to be slow and controlled with intentional stop pauses. Notice how the back/trunk/spine stay Connected to the hips/pelvis and do not move independently.
So when friends and colleagues in Paros discovered a great TRX exercise video performed by , , they said it couldnโt be done, but my ego said yes! Thank you@ivonak65,,.demet for your motivation and encouragement
