Over 20 lbs down and I feel
Like a new person.
For the last almost 4 years I’ve been trying to figure out my hormones and no doctor would get to the root of what was causing me issues. Hearing the word over and over “your labs are normal” gets annoying after awhile.
I have a no quit mindset. And I wouldn’t accept that as an answer when I didn’t feel fine. Even when you feel a bit defeated that you can’t get the help or no one can figure it out. Or there’s no follow up.
But this is why I’ve been doing our BODi programs for 12 years. They’ve transformed my life in some way before babies, wedding prep and postpartum except the struggle bus after baby #3…—-Our trainers are always innovative and helping us to feel good, especially with the hormonal issues women go through. And I took it upon myself to dig deep into our gut/hormone health STEP 1 program before our full hormone health program releases in December for STEP 2.
And its been my saving grace.
I can honestly say at 35 I see women’s hormone health forever changing to FEEL GOOD as we age. Bc for almost 4 years I felt the worst I’ve ever felt and what use to work wasn’t working anymore until I went ALL IN with this program.

I’m not here to tell you it’ll be easy. You’ll have to get uncomfortable to get comfortable.
There will be no magic motivation to tell you to do it.
It all comes down to discipline. Taking it day by day, creating the small daily habits to feel better, to Set a consistent routine not expecting it to be perfect. Because the journey isn’t perfect. You’ll hit bumps and road blocks but it is conquering those set backs & keep going!!
That is where the discipline sets in! Not the motivation, that clearly doesn’t exist.
Don’t allow regret to stop you from living your BEST and healthy life!!

Sometimes we need a tune up 💩and sometimes we just want to feel good going into the summer with vacations, camping trips, sporting events, swimming parties and sometimes you just want to feel lean-errrr 😁
So starting June 3rd, me and a small group of ladies are going through a nutrition focused gut health program!
So my goal for June is to dial back in on my nutrition. I'll be going back to the basics following a gut protocol—- bc if you really think, a lot of foods we eat have a HUGE impact on our gut and our microbiome, our hormones, our sleep, our energy…. No diet. No starvation. Just back to what good foods do for our bodies.

Hey Family and Friends......
Well unfortunately, new BODi info has surfaced...
All I can say is I'm sorry 😕
It has come to my attention that there are MANY problems being reported from people using BODi products.
Since I've plastered your news feed with all the information I have, I feel it's only fair I report the common side effects as well!!👌
1. You may want to work out, clean the house, work in the yard, play with your kids, and stay up past 9 pm because you have that much energy. 💪
2. You may have to buy a new wardrobe because you've lost weight. 👗
3. You may have to get your hair & nails done more often because they're growing so fast. 💅
4. You may have to throw out your alarm clock with the snooze button because you will wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start your day every morning. 😀
5. You may lose your relationship with soda and candy bars because you just won't feel the same way about them anymore. 🙅
6. You may not see your delightful doctor as often, and he may even ask you to cut back or stop some Rx meds because you may not need them anymore.💃
7. You may have to answer a lot of questions like "Wow, you look great, what are you doing?" or "How can I feel as good as you?" because people WILL notice the difference your BODi products have made. 🙊
8. You may have to go to the bank to cash a check every week because BODi pays you for sharing these "problems" with others. 💰
9. You may have to convince those who think you are lying about your age because healthy makes you looks younger! 👧
10. You may have to pinch yourself often (may result in bruising) because you've never felt this good before and you will think you must be dreaming. 😍

If you’re only showing up for yourself, you won’t.
Your motivation WILL run out eventually. The only way I’ve found consistency is my community.
My community has taught me SO MUCH.. we’ve come SO far. I never understood what people talked about before, but now I can’t imagine my daily life without my health and fitness community!

Saying yes to my family is being able to drop my oldest off at gymnastics open gym.
Saying yes to my family is having a dance party with my oldest and not having to rush off to a work shift on a Scheduled weekend Sunday.
I don’t dread Sunday’s anymore. I wake up excited on a Monday morning knowing I can make a difference.
IT isn’t about pushing products or supplements. Or I’m never the girl to add you to random groups but authentically get to know you. I truly care about you.
I’m just a mom/nurse on a mission to end the trend obesity, heart disease. To have an outlet for mental health.
I’ve never regretted partnering with BODi over 7 years ago—-bc its dramatically changed my life and it could change yours.
