They first learned about sailing through C*C's youth programs! Congratulations to C*C Members Bridget Groble and Peter Holz! The U.S. match racers rankings from World Sailing just came out. Bridget is number four on the list of Women's Rankings. Peter is number two in Open Rankings.

Calling all youth racers! Break up the monotony of the Chicago winter with a great session on the racing rules of sailing, led by rules guru Dave Perry. January 28th, 10am at Monroe station! Registration is FREE for youth sailors.

That’s a wrap on the Rose Bowl! Great job to our and sailors in some light and shifty conditions. This was the first rose bowl and first time sailing FJ’s for 75% of our sailors…it was a steep learning curve but everyone had fun and learned a ton!
