High Protein Power frappe

Here’s one of my go-to drinks for fuel or recovery:

Full Version (Performance Fuel)

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

4 oz rolled oats

1 scoop plant protein (banana maple)

1 tbsp collagen peptides

10g creatine

1 tsp instant coffee

How to make it:Blend it up for 20–30 seconds and you’re good to go.

Macros (with oats):~605 calories | 50g protein | 79g carbs | 8g fat



Weight loss versionCut the oats out and now you’ve got:

~180-240 calories

~30-35g protein

Low carb, quick, and easy

Perfect if you need something fast between clients, workouts, or on a busy day.
