Today, we celebrate our black belt instructor, Professor John Thompson! Not only is he the heart of our Fundamentals program, but he also leads our Jiu-Jitsu for Law Enforcement classes with dedication and passion.

Professor J.T. is more than just an incredible instructor—he’s a great man, a great husband, and a great officer. He’s always willing to help those around him, supporting both our Jiu-Jitsu family and the broader community in and out of law enforcement.

Ladies of Chicago, we’ve got something special for you! Join us for a FREE Self-Defense Workshop, where you’ll learn essential techniques to stay safe in real-life situations. No prior experience is required—just come ready to learn! This session will be led by one of our world-class medalist instructors, who will share her knowledge and expertise.

Immediately following the workshop, we invite all female Jiu-Jitsu practitioners to stay for our Women’s Open Mat. Whether you’re a white belt or a black belt, from any academy, you’re welcome to join us for an hour and a half of rolling, learning, and connecting with the amazing women in the Jiu-Jitsu community.
