Meet Constanza Gorches, our Senior Director of Operations & Programming! 👋
Constanza has been part of Toss & Spin and The Sport House team for four years, and has spent much of her life around sports. She grew up playing both basketball and tennis, and some of her favorite memories are simply the time spent practicing, competing, and being around her teammates and friends.
Tennis became a big part of her life, eventually earning her a scholarship to play at the college level. Today, pickleball has become her sport of choice, although attending Wimbledon is still at the top of her bucket list. 🎾
One lesson from sports that’s always stuck with Constanza is to keep your legs moving when nerves start to take over on the court. Outside of sports, she also tries to recognize the things she’s grateful for, even when times are difficult.
When she’s not working, Constanza enjoys running. And one thing most of her coworkers may not know about her is that she’s been living away from her hometown and parents since she was just 13 years old.
Of course, we couldn’t finish without asking who she’d challenge to a game. Her answer? Mayya in a tennis match. 👀🎾
