22-year-old Carlos Lagrange had a 0.66 ERA in 13.2 IP with 13 strikeouts in the Grapefruit League for the Yankees. Lagrange’s fastest pitch this spring was 103.1 mph 😳

Ages from 8 to 12 years old !!!

Come join us for our winter work outs starting this Saturday November 8th . Indoor training and conditioning!!!!

$50 for the whole winter starting November 8 up until March . Minimum of 10 sessions.
We will focus on conditioning for the most part!
