Tatiana has been training with us for about six months and still remembers how exhausted she felt after her very first class. Instead of letting that stop her, she kept showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process.
Her goal was simple: lose weight and become healthier. Six months later, she’s down 20 pounds, feels stronger, has more confidence, and is seeing the results reflected in how her clothes fit and how she feels every day.
