Little career update: After coaching for 3 years and 900 classes at Cyclebar NYC, I left and trained to be a Barry’s RIDE instructor! I passed yesterday and can’t wait to get on their schedule! 🚲♥️

500 RIDES COACHED AT !!! 4.5 years being a group fitness coach! What a literal ride it’s been. Wouldn’t want to be doing anything else. Thank you to everyone on my team, behind the desk and on the bikes. I, as many of us, had to start all over again and build from the ground up.
