10 weeks can change how you move through your day.
In Chris' Back to School program, you'll build breathing that eases tension, joints that handle stairs and yard work, core stability that protects your low back, balance that means fewer "almost fell" moments, and injury resilience for the activities you actually love.
Whether you've never lifted before, you're bouncing back from aches, or you've worried about getting hurt in a class—this semi-private program is built for you. You don't need experience. You need to show up.
Registration opens TODAY, August 19th. Classes start Tuesday, August 25th (Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:15–1:15PM). https://www.trufitstudios.com/fourseasonsbacktoschool

Tomorrow, registration opens for The Four Seasons of Lifting: Back to School!
10 weeks. Tuesdays & Thursdays starting August 25. 6 people, max — this is a really small-group program, not a class where you're one of thirty. Bonus: It's half the cost of personal training.
If your doctor's mentioned strength training.
If you keep tweaking something when you work out on your own.
If you've never quite found a program you could stick with — this is built for you.
Link goes live tomorrow (8/19)

"I'm scared I'll hurt myself if I start strength training."
That fear is exactly why this program exists. The Four Seasons of Lifting: Back to School isn't about maxing out* — it's about mobility, muscular endurance, and control. Joint range of motion. Core stability. Balance. The stuff that makes you more resilient, not less!
Beginner-friendly AND suitable for advanced lifters. Capped at 6 people, so Chris actually knows what's going on with your body, week to week.
*You’ll have a chance to test your maxing-out strength in a future season with Chris, if that’s your thing :)
Registration opens Wednesday.

"Do I really need strength training if I already run/bike/do yoga?"
We hear this a lot. Here's the honest answer: YES. Cardio and strength aren't competing — they're teammates. Strong joints, a stable core, and good balance are what let you keep doing the activity you love without getting sidelined by an overuse injury.
That's the whole idea behind The Four Seasons of Lifting: Back to School — a new 10-week semi-private training series with Coach Chris Greenhill starting Tuesday, August 25. It's not about how much you can lift. It's about building a body that holds up.
More details this week. 💪

We could tell you why people love training at TruFit. Or we could just let them tell you.
Swipe through to see what a few of our clients had to say — about feeling stronger, moving with more ease, and finally feeling at home in a gym.
We think the best part of this job is watching people surprise themselves. Turns out we're not the only ones who noticed.
Curious what your own story could look like? Schedule a consult and let's talk.

Congratulations to Anthony L. Monley for being the most tenured trainer at TruFit. The only right thing to do was celebrate him as a full-sized cardboard cutout and crown him as our mascot. Thank you for all you do for the community, Tony! (Also, the 2nd photo celebrates the first client Tony ever trainer at TruFit who we still get to hear laughing throughout the studio to this day.)
