When people hear "mobility," they often picture advanced yoga poses or extreme flexibility.
That's not what we mean.
Mobility is your ability to move through your full range of motion with control. It's what lets you reach overhead without strain, bend down without bracing for impact, and turn your head to back out of a parking spot.
It's less about flexibility and more about how well your joints and muscles work together — and it's trainable at any age.
