Stamina in dance refers to a performer’s ability to sustain high-energy, technical, and artistic performance over time without fatigue. It combines cardiovascular endurance (not getting winded) with muscular endurance (maintaining strength for jumps, poses, and control). Proper stamina prevents injury, maintains precision, and allows for consistent, powerful ex*****on.
