We’re making a small adjustment to give you a little more time to transition between classes.

Saturday Pilates Sculpt with Frankie will now meet from 4:30–5:30 PM instead of 4:00 PM. Starting July 4th.

This energetic, full-body workout combines Pilates-inspired movements, strength training, and core conditioning to leave you feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered.

Our Saturday 5:30pm Aerial Unwind class is officially becoming Aerial Flow with Jenna Laine from 3:00pm-4:00pm. This new schedule will start July 4th.

We’ve had so many requests for a fun, playful aerial flow on the weekends, and we’re excited to finally bring it to the schedule.

Expect a dynamic practice that combines strength, mobility, balance, creativity, and a little bit of aerial magic. Whether you’re looking to fly, flow, invert, or simply try something new, this class is designed to leave you feeling empowered, energized, and inspired.

Today, we joyfully celebrate and honor fathers in all of their forms. On this special occasion, let’s take a moment to express our love and appreciation for the incredible men who have nurtured and supported us throughout our lives.

But let us also remember that Father’s Day can be a bittersweet day for some. To those who have lost a child or lost a father, we hold you in our hearts today and every day. You are not alone. We want you to know that you are loved, valued, and appreciated. Our thoughts, love, and support go out to you and anyone who may be struggling on this day.

To all the fathers out there, we thank you for simply being you. Your presence and guidance make a profound impact on our lives, and we are grateful for the invaluable role you play. Today, we celebrate you and send our warmest wishes for a Happy Father’s Day!

Months of learning, practicing, questioning, growing, teaching, and showing up again and again have led to this moment. I’ve watched these trainees support one another, push through self-doubt, celebrate all the wins, and discover how capable they truly were. This weekend our trainees poured their hearts out into their practicums, passed their exams and graduated into certified yoga teachers.

Just a few days until graduation, and honestly 🥹 I keep finding myself sitting in the room just watching. Watching these beautiful humans who walked in as strangers become family. Watching their confidence grow, their voices get stronger, their practice deepen, and their belief in themselves expand far beyond what they thought was possible.

Somewhere between the anatomy lectures, the awkward first practice teaching, the endless questions, the laughter, the snacks, and the “wait… are we supposed to know this?” moments, something really beautiful happened. They became teachers.

Every training I think I know what to expect, and every training this experience completely surprises me. I still can’t believe this is the life I get to live. That I get a front row seat to witnessing people step into their power and discover parts of themselves they didn’t even know were there. And how I also get to find parts of myself I didn’t even know were missing.

My heart is so full watching them move together in this room, knowing how far they’ve come and how close they are to crossing that finish line. I love them all more than they’ll probably ever realize, and I am so grateful they trusted me to be part of their journey. A few more days, friends. Let’s soak in every minute. ❤️
