Ally's Birthday WOD tomorrow. Come perform it with her at 6:00 a.m.
We are going to have a fun Independence Day celebration for CrossFit Chico members, friends and their families today at the Chico Racquet Club. Swimming, sand volleyball, bocce ball, eats and bring your tennis racquet if you have one. Happy 4th to all!

We have this tool at the box. Candi sells them in Chico. She also is a great massage therapist if you need a massage.

Kids Summer Classes: Beginning Tuesday, June 7th kids classes will be Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 a.m. The kids will workout with the adults until we finalize at least 6 regular attendeess. Movements will be modified. The cost for kids (8 and older) is $65 per month.

Memorial Day: Monday, May 30, we will be having our traditional Memorial Day workout at 10 a.m. to commemorate the fallen soldiers that have served our country. All other classes are closed for the day.
Congratulations on completing our in-house nutrition challenge! First place goes to Zander for losing the most weight/inches and Barbara M. for accumulating the most points. Zander lost approximately 15 pounds.
