Maureen Crowley began practicing yoga in 2003 and received her teacher training from the Santa Barbara Yoga Center in 2008. She specializes in Gentle & Restorative Yoga and Family-Focused Yoga, including Prenatal, Yoga with Baby, and Children’s Yoga.

With 4 beautiful children of her own, Maureen brings deep wisdom and lived experience—supporting mothers through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with care, calm, and confidence. 💛
