Day 1 of our 2-Day Tournament of Champions is officially in the books! 💪🔥

Some solid bags hit the scales today, and the leaderboard is tight heading into Day 2!

🥇 Matt & Lee — 11.05 lbs
🥈 Jake & Gary — 10.68 lbs
🥉 Shane & Eric— 9.59 lbs

A few teams are right there within striking distance, so tomorrow is going to be anyone’s game! 🎯

Big bass of the day included some nice largemouth and smallmouth, with the biggest largemouth coming in at 3.07 lbs and smallmouth at 2.75 lbs.

The calendar may say late May, but someone forgot to tell the weather. Anglers were greeted with a cold, windy, and challenging day on Shirley Lake, making every bite count.

🐟 Lunker Bass A tie for Big Bass at 3.22 lbs, brought in by Chris & BJ and Jake & Gary.

Despite the tough conditions, several teams managed to put together solid limits and some respectable bags.
