A little JV action on a Monday evening is rather relaxing. 🏈

I want to thank everyone for being patient with me, and I hope my clients are enjoying the photos! Getting used to shooting with two bodies is a learning curve in itself, but I’m getting there! Tomorrow will be an editing-heavy day, so the phone will be living in DND mode for most of the day.

I work a full-time job, run SWVA Photography, and have a family and kids of my own. Sundays are my day to step away from photography and spend time with my family.

A handful of highlights from last night football game between Patrick Henry & Burton.

Fun fact: Patrick Henry has always had some of the best field lighting for as far as I remember. Glad to see other fields finally updating their lighting. Rural Retreat lights are now phenomenal as are George Wythes (used to hate covering GW games in the past, it was like shooting by candle light😅)

25 Years Later, We Remember.
September 11, 2001 — Never Forget. 🇺🇸

We remember the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families and communities forever changed.

I remember sitting in 6th grade when a teacher rushed into the classroom and turned on the television. We watched the towers fall live, not fully understanding what we were witnessing or how deeply that day would impact our country.

Chilhowie cruised to a 50–0 victory, with a few hiccups along the way, but ultimately took care of business.
