🏅❤️ What an incredible way to close out the 2026 State Summer Games! ❤️🏅

Our Ross County Trailblazers finished the weekend strong and gave us so many reasons to be proud!

🎳 We had two bowlers compete today against some of the very best athletes in the state, representing Ross County with determination.

💪 One of our powerlifters wrapped up competition in a very tough division, continuing to improve year after year. The dedication and hard work shown is truly inspiring!

🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Our athletics team faced some challenges today, including a few injuries, but that didn’t stop them from competing with heart. They battled through adversity and brought home multiple Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals! 🥇🥈🥉

A special shoutout goes to our 4x100m Relay Team, who raced their way to a 2nd Place finish in their division! 🥈🔥 Their performance will likely place them among the Top 10 relay teams in the state—an incredible accomplishment!

As we head home, we’re bringing back much more than medals. We’re bringing home memories, friendships, personal bests, and moments that will last a lifetime.

To our athletes, coaches, volunteers, families, sponsors, and supporters—thank you for making this journey possible. We couldn’t be prouder of our Trailblazers and the way they represented Ross County throughout the entire weekend.

❤️ Once a Trailblazer, always a Trailblazer. ❤️

🏅❤️ Day 2 of State Summer Games was one for the history books! ❤️🏅

The Ross County Trailblazers had another incredible day of competition, memories, and celebration!

A huge congratulations to JJ Barnhart, who completed the Pentathlon and is bringing home a Silver Medal! 🥈👏 JJ made history as the first Ross County athlete ever to compete in the Pentathlon, and we couldn't be more proud of his determination and accomplishment!

Our athletes continued to shine throughout the day, with several Trailblazers bringing home Gold Medals and outstanding performances across the board. 🥇🔥

One of the highlights of the day was when the Trailblazers had the opportunity to meet Governor Mike DeWine! Even more special, athlete Chris McLaughlin's dream came true as he had the chance to meet the Governor in person. What a moment! ❤️

Our powerlifting team also had a strong day on the platform, earning a Silver Medal and a Bronze Medal while showcasing incredible strength and determination. 💪🥈🥉

To top it all off, the athletes wrapped up the evening with the most anticipated event of the summer—THE DANCE! 🎉🕺💃 There were smiles, laughter, dancing, and memories that will last a lifetime.

We are so proud of every athlete, coach, volunteer, and supporter who makes these experiences possible. One more day to go, Trailblazers—let's finish strong! 🔥❤️
