Practices will cover the basics of freestyle and offense and defense from the neutral position.
When: Thursdays and Fridays 5p-7:30p starting April 2nd

Who: Divlll - HS with prior wrestling experience

Chillicothe Little Cavs Wrestling
Sign-ups will be held on Oct 27th from 7-8 pm and Nov 3rd from 7-8p in the High School Wrestling room. There will be a mandatory parent meeting Thursday Nov 6th at 7pm.
Practices will start on Monday Dec 1st and be on Mondays and Tuesdays from 7:00-8:15. Season will conclude Tuesday Feb. 3rd
Price will be $80
This will include league fees and t-shirt
A gear store will be set up for you to purchase a singlet or any additional shorts or shirts.

I was just informed we cannot have practice Friday. They are currently waxing the floors in the school and we will not be able to reach the wrestling room. We will be back Monday night 6-8. Thanks.

Reminder there is no practice this week. Enjoy the week of the 4th off. We will back next Monday at 5p! See you then!

Practice will be 9-10:30a tomorrow not 5-7p in the evening. Also there will no practice this Friday due to being in Fla for the AAU scholastic duals.

We will be running open practices on Mondays 6-8p and Fridays 9a-11a starting Friday June 6. These practices will be for 7-12 grade. Feel free to message with any questions.

I will not make it back in town from the Freestyle Duals tomorrow so practice will be canceled. See you Tuesday.

The K-6 session has been canceled this spring due to lack of participation. Cannan is still available for small group privates if interested please message. Thank you.

Spring session will start April 6th.
We will practice Sundays and Tuesdays 5-6:30 for the MS-HS level. The MS and HS will primarily be Greco and Freestyle training.

Youth (k-6) training will be ran by Cannan Smith who is a 3x Ohio State Qualifier and 2x Ohio State Placer. Time will be 6:30-7:30

Cost is $100
Location is the Chillicothe HS wrestling room
Session will run through May 20th
