Ross County Rangers Vanquish Creatures In High-Scoring Affair

18-8

Both Ross County Rangers and Creatures had their offenses going on Friday, but Ross County Rangers eventually prevailed 18-8. Ross County Rangers collected 13 hits, while Creatures had five.

Ross County Rangers got on the board in the top of the first inning after Butch Boyer doubled to center field, Gavin Taulbee tripled down the right field line, and Justin Bailey hit a sacrifice fly, each scoring one run.

Ross County Rangers took the lead in the top of the second. Butch Boyer singled, scoring two runs, to give Ross County Rangers the edge, 5-4.

Ross County Rangers tied the game in the top of the fourth thanks to a hit by a pitch, and a sacrifice fly by Eric Taylor.

Ross County Rangers flipped the game on its head in the top of the fifth, scoring five runs on three hits to take the lead, 12-7. The biggest blow in the inning was a single by Gavin Taulbee that drove in two.

Gavin Taulbee’s Big Day Propels Ross County Rangers Past Mill City Isotopes

Gavin Taulbee drove in four runs on four hits to lead Ross County Rangers past Mill City Isotopes 22-4 on Sunday. Taulbee doubled in the third scoring two, singled in the fourth scoring one, and doubled in the fifth scoring one.

Ross County Rangers were the first to get on the board in the first when Taulbee grounded out, scoring one run.

Ross County Rangers flipped the game on its head in the top of the third, scoring seven runs on four hits to take the lead, 9-3.

Ross County Rangers scored five runs on five hits in the top of the fourth inning. Taulbee singled, scoring one run, Jamie Williams singled, scoring one run, Justin Bailey drew a walk, scoring one run, and Butch Boyer singled, scoring two runs.

Ross County Rangers scored eight runs on four hits in the top of the fifth inning. An error scored two runs. Butch Boyer doubled, scoring three runs, Bryce Bryan doubled, scoring one run, Taulbee doubled, scoring one run, and an error scored one run.

Eric Taylor earned the win for Ross County Rangers. The hurler gave up six hits and four runs over four innings, striking out five and walking two. Bryce Bryan pitched one inning of shutout ball for Ross County Rangers in relief. The hurler allowed zero hits, striking out none and walking none.

Father’s Day win!

Ross County Rangers topped Mill City Isotopes 8-5 on Sunday.

Ross County Rangers captured the lead, 6-1, in the top of the fourth after Gavin Taulbee singled to left field, Eric Taylor singled down the right field line, and Justin Bailey singled to center field, each scoring two runs.

Taulbee earned the win for Ross County Rangers. The lefty surrendered six hits and five runs (one earned) over four innings, striking out three and walking four. Bryce Bryan collected the save. Bailey pitched one inning of zero-run ball for Ross County Rangers in relief. The hurler gave up zero hits, striking out two and walking none.

Taulbee led Ross County Rangers with two hits in three at bats. Bailey and Taylor each drove in two runs for Ross County Rangers.

Fridays tough loss to the swamp cats 7-1

Sundays final resulted in a 3-3 tie due to lighting . A great game, with a solo moon shot in the first by #14 Bryce Bryan!

Ross County Rangers And Chillicothe Flamingos Tie

Ross County Rangers and Chillicothe Flamingos tied 3-3 on Sunday.

Ross County Rangers opened the scoring in the first after Bryce Bryan hit a solo home run to left field.

Ross County Rangers took the lead in the top of the third. Patrick Chapman singled, scoring two runs, to give Ross County Rangers the upper hand, 3-2.

Eric Taylor led things off on the hill for Ross County Rangers. The starter surrendered three hits and three runs (two earned) over four innings, striking out three and walking five.

Ross County Rangers amassed 10 hits in the game. Bryan and Butch Boyer were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected two hits for Ross County Rangers while hitting back-to-back. Ross County Rangers Defeats Swans On Back Of Clutch Display From Butch Boyer

Butch Boyer drove in four runs on two hits to lead Ross County Rangers past Swans 7-5 on Sunday. Boyer doubled in the second inning, scoring three runs, and singled in the fourth inning, scoring one.

Ross County Rangers rallied for the victory despite trailing 4-1 in the first.

Ross County Rangers were the first to get on the board in the first when Chase Boyer drew a walk, scoring one run.

Ross County Rangers tied the game up in the top of the second thanks to back to back doubles from Butch Boyer, and Gavin Taulbee. Butch Boyer’s 3 rbi double, followed by Gavin Taulbee’s 1 rbi double.

Butch Boyer singled to the left side of the infield, which helped Ross County Rangers take the lead at six in the top of the fourth.

Zane Joseph earned the win for Ross County Rangers. The pitcher gave up seven hits and one run over five and two-thirds innings, striking out eight and walking one.
Butch Boyer and Chase Boyer each collected two hits for Ross County Rangers. Gavin Taulbee paced Ross County Rangers with two walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, collecting eight walks for the game.
