70+ which being able to ride your bike 24hrs when you are in your 70s is just absolutely amazing to me and a inspiration. But the number Tom Buckley threw out is amazing. Tom set the new course record at 337 miles and our friend Dale Klinect got 2nd. Gents HUGE congratulations, truly amazing and hope to see ya'll next year in City of Chillicothe, Ohio

Amanda M. Butler in 3rd place, 2nd place Deborah Ratliff and a former/maybe still should have asked🤦‍♂️ USA Triathlete Jillian Martinek . Jillian broke the previous 50-59yr 6hr record and now owns the current one at 98.95 miles. CONGRATULATIONS JILLIAN, and Amanda & Deborah. Hopefully ya'll join us July 24th 2027 back in City of Chillicothe, Ohio

MEN'S 50-59YR old Podium and a CORRECTION.

Dennis Desmarais contacted us and let us know our lap counter was off. He actually had 438 miles we had recorded him 1 lap extra. BUTTTTT he still takes the 50-59yr Mid-West Time Trial Championship Course record and recorded the most miles of Midwest Time Trial Championship 2026 . 2nd place was Gene Toy and 3rd place was KY K**b Country Randonneurs Ultra Cycling Club. Congratulations Gents great job

Friends remember the HOODOO 500 registration closes this Friday. Now that The 508 is canceled please look at HOODOO. Also I can confirm Borrego Springs might not be dead, a 2 Race Organizers are working behind the scene to still make a event happen there. Lee Kreider again this would be newsworthy stuff for UltraCycling Magazine 🤷‍♂️

NEW COURSE RECORD and CONGRATULATIONS

Dennis Desmarais has 3 records and the WIN!!!! He is the Midwest Time Trial Championship 2026 overall High mileage this year scoring 457.7 miles in 24hrs 👑. Then Dennis has the 50-59yr 24hr record. Buuutttttt after looking at the records, our boy Paul Wickward had the 24hr record at 455 miles and still owns the 24hr Fix Gear Record. BUUUTTTTTTTT Dennis is the new Mid-West 24hr course record hold by squeezing out those last 2.7 miles. Congratulations my friend on a hard fought effort and hopefully we see you again next year July 24th 2027 down on the Farm.

NEW COURSE RECORD, 6hr Tandem from J MacCycling Team. Nico & Nick Curzi. It was fun watching and cheering them on and see a Father/son combo go to work. They were the 1st tandem Heather Lawhorn and I have had at Mid-West Time Trial Championship and hopefully more will follow. Also mentioned Coal Country Roubaix has not had a Tandem boys, hope to see ya'll April 24th here in Lisbon, Ohio

Next up andddd another course record for the Mens 12hr 18-49yr . 3rd place was Chris Capoccia , home field advantage Ken Ryan Gearhart and then London with the new record at 228 miles on the Mid-West Time Trial Championship course. GREAT EFFORT gents and hopefully we see Ya'll again July 24th 2027 in City of Chillicothe, Ohio
