Heartline Ranch is currently on fire ban. No fires in the tipis or campground. Anyone burning will be asked to leave.

I thought that I would tell how things are going with my new retriever Happy.
We named him happy because he not only is happy all of the time but he brings us great joy as well. He is so much fun to watch as only a young puppy can be.
He is already letting you know when he needs to get outside to go potty. We also have a puppy pad in case he doesn't let us know to get outside quick enough. He already uses it which is amazing to me.
Fortunately our dog of five years is also very helpful in training him.
We are anxious to see just how long this takes. Kori and I are really pleased with his quick learning.
Hopefully I will be able to report continued quick progress with Happy's learning .

Howdy Folks!!!
Kori and I have a surprise for everyone. Just recently we had an attractive offer to sell our ranch and campground. It is not the first time but this time we decided that perhaps that day is here. Unfortunately we are not getting younger so maybe it is time.
Right now we are not sure if this particular inquiry becomes a sale or not. But we have decided to sell the ranch and campground to just work on our art.
So for the first time in years we will need a place to live. Our friend and favorite realtor, Lori Lester is helping us with the sale along with us finding and buying a piece of property in Jacksonville not far from Medford.
The bonus for us is instead of 60 inches of snow we will get 4" a year.
It is odd how this happened as we had zero intention of doing all of this. It just shows how ones life can unexpectedly change fairly quickly.
I would like to thank the many people who have helped us through the years. Here is about our house:

Wow, Things Are Happening Here ! First of all I want to say how wonderful our weather has been here at the ranch. It has been a long time since it has been this warm. Yahoo!! In about three weeks we are opening up our campground which should be awesome!...

Here is a pic of the "fan table" finished. We were saying how we needed a mirror over it when I remembered we had one made already hanging in our Showroom. So I headed out there to get it so it more finished.
