Breathing is the foundation of every great swimmer — and she's putting in the reps! Turning her head, blowing those bubbles, and finding her rhythm one lap at a time. It's not always pretty at first, but every breath is building her confidence in the water. So proud of how hard she's working! 💪🌊

🌊 My side of the story.
Okay so. They keep bringing me to this place.
It's loud. It smells weird. And there is a LOT of water everywhere, which — just so we're clear — I did NOT agree to.
Then this GUY shows up. Big smile. Built like he was born in a pool. Very confident. Like he's done this before. And every single time he picks me up he says the same three words:
"Ready… take a breath… go."
First time? Absolutely not. I came up sputtering like a little wet noodle and looked directly at my mom like "are you SEEING this??" 😤
But he kept saying it. Every time. Same words. Same order.
Ready… take a breath… go.
And I don't know when it happened exactly — I'm a baby, I don't have a calendar — but somewhere between week two and week three… I started to get it.
Oh.
He always says the words first.
The words mean it's coming.
The words mean… he's got me.
So last week? When he said ready… I took my breath before he even got to go.
He lost it. My mom lost it. Honestly I was pretty impressed with myself too. I'm not gonna lie.
I came up out of that water, slicked my two little hairs back, and grinned like the absolute champion that I am. 😤💪🏽
Do I love the water yet? Jury's still out.
But do I trust him?
Yeah. I trust him.
Ready… take a breath… go.
