Brea has closed the gap, and it proves once again how quickly scores can change.

Every workout, every challenge attempt, and every guest counts when the standings are this close.

A huge shoutout to everyone who has stepped up so far and given the bar hang challenge a try. We’ve loved seeing so many members step outside their comfort zone and see what they’re capable of.

If you haven’t made your attempt yet, there’s still plenty of time. We’d love to see you in the studio this week, get a workout in, and give the challenge a shot.

We’re especially proud of everyone who has already completed their Bar Hang attempt. Whether you held on for 10 seconds or over a minute, stepping up, challenging yourself, and trying something outside your comfort zone is what this challenge is all about. 💪🏽

Week 2 is underway, and this week’s challenge is the Bar Dead Hang. Grip strength, grit, and determination are all going to come in handy.

The standings are still tight, attendance points are still up for grabs, and every challenge attempt earns your studio another point.

Bring a guest in for a FREE workout during the month of June. Just let your coach know ahead of time so we can reserve their spot and have their liability waiver completed before they arrive. 💪🏽☀️🏆

We love to work hard, but it’s even more fun when you have a friend by your side.

🏆 Week 1 Recap

What a way to kick off the Summer Showdown! From 300m SkiErg attempts to packed classes, friendly competition, and members cheering each other on, it’s been an incredible first week. 🔥

One of the best parts has been seeing both studios rally behind one another and step up to the challenge. We’re proud of everyone who participated this week and pushed themselves outside their comfort zone. That’s a big part of what this challenge is all about. ❤️

The points are being tallied today, and tomorrow we’ll reveal the official standings heading into Week 2. 👀🏆
