Who else likes the lean bean look?
I’ve really leaned out, yes I’ve lost muscle. But I am trying to continue being positive here 😅💪🏽 I am glad that I can build on this lean look now. Getting back on my counting to make sure I am eating enough in the 1-2 meals I’m eating daily. I am sticking to my intermittent fasting, I absolutely love my energy and how great I feel all day but I know consuming enough is going to be crucial to me gaining my muscle back 💪🏽🙂
