This year, we were excited to add All-Around Cowboy and All-Around Cowgirl awards to the Bear Paw Roundup - and what a pair of deserving winners we had! Congratulations to Ben Ayre, our All-Around Cowboy, and Celie Salmond, our All-Around Cowgirl 👏

A huge thank you to JJ Chase Saddlery for providing the absolutely gorgeous custom breast collars, and to the Hansen Family for the All-Around belt buckles. We’re grateful for the support that helps us make these awards extra special.

Thursday night of the Bear Paw Roundup was Skoyen Ag & Kamas Ag Family Night, held in memory of our good friend, Trapper Skoyen. ❤️

It was a special night celebrating family, community, and the legacy Trapper left behind.

Unofficial results for the Bear Paw Roundup in Chinook - in total, our rodeo paid out about $92,201 to some of the best cowboys and cowgirls around 🎉

What a week in Chinook! We were absolutely thrilled to have Lisa Lockhart and the other ladies with us, and she made sure to leave her mark. Lisa broke our arena record yesterday as far back as everyone can remember!

And a huge shoutout to our ground guy, Clinton Hansen, who stressed and obsessed all week to get the arena and ground just right for the ladies. It sure looks like all that hard work paid off! 👏

Lockhart separated herself from the field by more than three-tenths of a second, finishing ahead of Taylor-Jane Gardner's 17.63 and Taylour Watson's
17.64. The win was worth $2,205.
