Over 7 years ago, Bob came in to Empower24 one month out from a scheduled knee replacement with bone on bone and wanted to lose some weight. Over 100 lb lighter now and no knee replacement surgery with no knee issues at all now.Bob has put in the work and has seen results. 289 lb down to 176 lb. Amazing!
