Which do you prefer on your ice rods?

A. An actual reel seat for mounting your ice reels?

B. A straight cork grip with bands to mount your ice reels?

What length ice rods do you prefer?

6'9" MHX Mag Bass, Medium heavy power, extra fast action, 10-17 lb line, 3/16-11/16 oz lures. Built with Pac Bay Minima reel seat, orange Winn split grip, Pac Bay Minima line guides.

7' MHX (metallic green blank) Medium heavy power, fast action casting rod. 10-17 lb line, 1/4-3/4 oz lures. Built with green Winn spit grips, matching metallic green custom painted reel seat, Fuji SiC line guides.
