Pain-free and fully recovered aren't always the same thing.

A lot of people leave physical therapy as soon as they start feeling better.

And honestly? That makes sense.

🚨 Parents with Athletes in 7th-12th grade! Fall Training Alert🚨

I'm looking for athletes that would benefit from adding 2-5" to their vertical, 3-12"+ in broad jump, 1-2 mph to their top speed, 20-40 lbs to their back squat, or gaining a greater confidence in their movement to join us in training this fall.

✏️ Registration is now open for fall youth small group performance training. Groups are capped at 8 athletes to ensure each athlete gets the attention and coaching they need to help bring them to the next level.

💪 Training Blocks Available:
M/W 3:20-4:35 (4 Spots Remaining)
M/W 4:45-6:00 (7 Spots Remaining)
Tu/Th 3:05-4:20 (7 Spots Remaining)
Tu/Th 4:30-5:45 (5 Spots Remaining)

💻 12 Week Virtual Coaching (Unlimited Spots)
