Meet Coach Kayleigh 🌟

Kayleigh did sideline cheer from kindergarten through senior year (2009-2022) and competitive cheer from age 9 to age 15 (2013-2020). She began coaching in 2015 and has coached a number of teams ranging from mini to junior age groups. Kayleigh joined Arrow Cheer in February of 2024. She is passionate about helping athletes grow and guiding them through their cheer journey.

🤸🏼‍♀️ Flyer training is now open two days a week!

Come work body positions and prepare to fly for the upcoming season.

What do athletes learn in beginning tumbling?

There are four main skills that we progress towards in beginning tumbling

1️⃣ forward and backward rolls

2️⃣ bridges

3️⃣ handstands

4️⃣ cartwheels

These skills help build the foundation to move up in tumbling sequence!
